Return & Refund Policy

At ASTK, every product is produced and offered in limited quantities. We do not maintain traditional restocking inventory, and many of our products are produced in limited production runs. Because of the limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

ASTK does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after an order has been placed.

We do not offer returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect color selection
• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning one
• Personal preference or fit preference
• Products that no longer meet the customer’s needs
• Failure to review product descriptions, sizing information, or measurements before purchasing

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, colors, and other product details before completing their purchase.

No Refunds

All purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Once an order has been successfully placed, ASTK will not issue refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we want customers to receive the correct product in acceptable condition.

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipment;
• Defective due to a manufacturing issue; or
• Different from the product you ordered,

please contact ASTK at aestheticapparel9@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Your message should include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. If ASTK determines that the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

A customer must not return an item without receiving prior written authorization from ASTK.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

ASTK is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Order Cancellations

Because ASTK products are produced and fulfilled in limited quantities, orders generally cannot be canceled or modified after they are placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Final Sale

By completing a purchase through ASTK, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed this Return & Refund Policy and understand that all sales are final.

ASTK reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
